This is a great way to help fight the good fight and defend the good....defense!

Try this out next time you're snotty in the nose or sad in the belly

AS ALWAYS: All my smoothies/shakes are Gluten Free and Vegan
You'll need

  • 1 tbsp Honey (local is a plus!)
  • 1" Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (Ceylon is a plus!)
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne powder
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 4-6 oz Orange Juice
  • 4-6 oz Coconut Water 
  • (Sub 2 oz aloe juice and 2 oz cold pressed cherry)

Let's Blend it!


Let's start with ginger. 

  • It reduces pain and inflammation, making it valuable in managing arthritis, headaches, and menstrual cramps.
  • It has a warming effect and stimulates circulation.
  • It inhibits rhinovirus, which can cause the common cold.
